The checkout process could use some clarity!!! The rooms seem outdated with awkward lighting setups and certain areas require better maintenance like ensuring all appliances function properly!!!

The hotel is fine with efficient staff and clean facilities. The location is comfortable and incredible and near to sightseeing, and the Ark Encounter as a church group. There's Mcdonald's offering takeout relatively close to the venue.

The breakfast was awesome, coffee wonderful. We loved the kingsize bed, the room was clean and service was great.

The parking lot was being paved, but those things have to be done and it really was only a minor inconvience.

Not a major problem but noticeable amount of noise from upper floor, squeeking etc. My credit card was entered 3 times using the wrong expiry date which meant that I could not use it until I called the card company, use your reading glasses please.

Clean room, friendly staff, the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options each morning, making it a great start to our day, and it's conveniently located just 40 km from the nearest airport.

All was flawless.

Noisy, children running in the hall and crying and screaming before 8 a.m.

This would take quite a lot of explanation but my summary is a lack in customer service. Our room was not the room that I booked but we had no other option than where we were placed. Only got some answers when I enquired & that is not the best way to go about an error!! Probably will not choose to go there on the future.

The staff was super cute. We loved the breakfast spread, and our kids really appreciated the large, comfortable room that fit our whole family perfectly. It was also just a short drive to fun spots like Sugar Bay Golf Course!

My kids wished there were more pool rules enforced for a better family experience.

The rooms with a bath tub, comfy beds, 3 children to unwind.

It is very clean and priced right.

There is not a lot of stuff to do around hotel.
